As a charity we have to report to a number of different funders, on many different outputs and this proved to be complicated in terms of structuring the database. ... (The Database Bureau) took time with key people in the organisation to find out what was needed and the resulting database was designed, as far as was practicable, around those needs. Everyone who met them found them to be helpful and constructive to work with and very accessible when off-site.
