(The Database Bureau) has worked with us over the last 6 months to design, install and maintain our database, including the migration of historic information.   They took time with key people in order to understand our requirements, giving advice where they felt necessary, and explained the development in terminology we could understand. Our system was a very complex one, but they confidently undertook the project in a professional manner and kept us up to date at regular intervals with progress. We all found (The Database Bureau) to be helpful and pro-active, and always at the end of the phone if we had any questions. The new reporting system is very easy to use, and whenever we need additional information added to it, they are more than happy to assist. I would not hesitate in recommending their services to any future organisation if they are looking for someone who provides an excellent service, easy to work with and an expert in the field.
